About the estate
The Caves Torrens Moliner winery was founded in 1986 by the Torrens Moliner family in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia and draws on a long tradition of viticulture in the Penedès region. The estate's own vineyards in La Fortesa and the winery built in 2007 form the basis for producing organic wines and cavas. Influenced by a warm Mediterranean climate, the estate cultivates native grape varieties such as Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada, Trepat, and Chardonnay. Traditional artisanal production is combined with modern technology to vinify wines from estate-grown grapes as well as limited bottlings from old vines.
