About the estate
The Swiss winery Cave St-Philippe cultivates seven hectares of vineyards on the terroir of Salgesch as well as on terraces and steep slopes in the neighbouring municipalities of Miège and Sierre. Founded in 1987, the estate vinifies exclusively its own grapes and cultivates ten different grape varieties, producing seventeen wine types. The wines originate from the AOC Valais appellation and include characterful red and white wines such as Pinot Noir, Riesling, Merlot, Diolinoir, Johannis and Syrah.
The eno directory lists 6 wines, mostly from Syrah and Riesling. The estate sells to horeca.
