About the estate
The Cave St-Laurent estate has been managed by the Sinard family for five generations and is located in Courthézon between Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Vacqueyras. Spanning thirty hectares of vineyards, the plots are mostly situated within a close radius of the property on clay-limestone soils featuring rolled pebbles. The certified winery has worked without herbicides for over forty years, focuses on soil management and biodiversity, and relies exclusively on manual harvesting. During vinification, temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks are utilized to produce expressive wines across the Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages appellations.
