About the estate
The Cave Raymond estate is located in the medieval village of Saillon in the Valais region. Across a vineyard area of five hectares situated on the southern slope of the hill, fifteen grape varieties are cultivated. The parcel soils consist of loess as well as shale and limestone scree, which store heat and promote optimal grape ripening. The portfolio comprises around twenty different wines. The winery cultivates its vineyards using organic methods.
The eno directory lists 21 wines, mostly from Syrah and Petite Arvine.
