The Cave Philippe et Joëlle Rossier winery has been based in Lavigny in the canton of Vaud since 1981, cultivating vineyards in the municipalities of Etoy, Yens, Lussy-sur-Morges, Aubonne, and Lavigny itself. The vineyards are farmed according to integrated production standards with careful canopy management and pruning. Work continues in the cellar during harvest and vinification with meticulous attention to produce distinctive wines with unique characters. The portfolio includes rich, fruity, and elegant white wines as well as well-structured, deeply colored red wines. All estate-grown wines are bottled directly on the property with the utmost care.
