The Swiss winery Cave Nouvelle Seve Sarl is located in the municipality of Venthône in Valais and was founded in 1995 by Pierre-José Tschopp. Operating as a family business, the estate currently manages approximately 2.5 hectares of vineyards distributed across the Sierre region. Over the years, investments have been made to reorganize plots for mechanization and plant new grape varieties to expand the product range. The portfolio includes a Chasselas characterized by fruity and floral notes with a hint of linden, as well as a pleasant minerality derived from the limestone terroir.
