The Cave Marcel Baillifard winery was established in the Swiss canton of Valais in 2011. The winemaker cultivates old vines in the La Pseula locality above Branson in Fully, placing great emphasis on promoting biodiversity through neighboring forest borders. The estate's grape varieties include Petite Arvine, Fendant, and Gamay in both red and rosé styles. The harvested grapes are handed over to partner facilities for vinification. The wines are available in selected gastronomic establishments.
