About the estate

The small family agricultural business Cave La Vignolle / Saveurs & Nature is based in Conthey in Valais and offers direct sales in Vétroz. The vineyards are cultivated on the Coteaux du Soleil in compliance with the environmental requirements of integrated production. From these grapes, more than fifteen wines are produced through traditional vinification, reflecting the character of the Valais terroir. Emmanuel Chassot founded the estate out of a passion for authentic flavours. The products in the range are made as naturally as possible without any preservatives.
