About the estate
The Swiss winery Cave du Bonheur Sàrl is an independent cellar established in 2004 in Fully in the Valais. The vineyards are situated on the right bank of the Rhône at the foot of the Ardèvaz and the Grand-Chavalard on a rare granitic terroir. The estate is managed by founder Isabelle Ançay using integrated production principles and a sustainable approach to viticulture with manual family harvests. The grape variety portfolio includes local cultivars such as Fendant, Sylvaner, Humagne Blanche, Petite Arvine, Gamay, Gamaret, and Syrah. The selection comprises artisanal wines bearing the AOC Valais designation of origin.
The eno directory lists 7 wines, mostly from Chasselas and Silvaner.
