Founded in 1929, the Cave coopérative de Saint-Just-d'Ardèche currently cultivates around 500 hectares of vineyards. The region is characterized by a Mediterranean climate with abundant sunshine and the influence of the Mistral wind. The terroir features a vast limestone plateau along with hillside locations, stony alluvial deposits, and soils consisting of loess and marl. The produced wines include offerings from the AOC Côtes du Rhône and Ardèche IGP denominations.
