About the estate

The Cave Ardevaz SA estate cultivates vineyards divided into over 100 plots, which are located primarily in the municipality of Chamoson in Valais. Shaped by a warm and dry climate, this terroir provides optimal conditions for the ripening of the grapes. The Boven family works the vineyards themselves to ensure a healthy and high-quality harvest in compliance with integrated production standards. The vinification process brings technical skill and character to the creation of the estate wines. For tastings, the winery welcomes visitors at the Espace Ardévine.
