The Castillo Aresan estate is located in the heart of La Mancha within the fields of Villarrobledo, beginning its activity in the eighties. The construction of the winery in the heart of the vineyards started at the end of 1999. The property belongs to the family-run group Les Grands Chais de France, combining Spanish terroir with French expertise. The wines are protected under the La Mancha DO designation and have held organic and vegan certifications since the 2018 vintage. Production utilizes modern technology, stainless steel tanks, and a renovated barrel room featuring French oak barrels and amphorae.
