The Cantine del Mare estate is located in the historical setting of Monte di Procida on the volcanic soils of the Campi Flegrei. Independent winemaker Gennaro Schiano manages eleven hectares of vineyards situated on steep slopes, where all farming operations are carried out exclusively by hand. The primary focus lies on preserving the original vineyards and promoting the native grape varieties Piedirosso and Falanghina. The combination of traditional cultivation and modern techniques results in authentic, identity-driven wines within the Campi Flegrei DOC denomination.
