About the estate
The Cantine De Biase estate has been cultivating its vineyards as guardians of biodiversity in the Basilicata region since 2009. The winery operates strictly organically and veganly, completely avoiding chemical pesticides and herbicides in favor of organic soil nutrition. Spontaneous herbs are allowed to grow between the rows to foster a living ecosystem for beneficial insects. In the cellar, purely vegetal methods are applied without using animal-derived fining agents. The portfolio includes wines from the Grottino di Roccanova DOP denomination.
