The Cantina Tamburino Sardo di Fasoli - Vini di Custoza e Valpolicella estate was founded in 1968 by Adriano Fasoli and is now managed together with his sons Stefano and Giuliano. Located on the morainic hills of Custoza, the winery farms vineyards with south-east and south-west exposures on poor, mineral-rich soils. The grape variety portfolio includes traditional white varieties such as Trebbiano, Garganega, and Cortese alongside red varieties like Corvina and Rondinella. Farming is conducted sustainably with mechanical weed control, while harvesting is done strictly by hand with multiple selective passes. The winemaking process involves modern techniques such as cryomaceration for white wines and controlled fermentation temperatures for the reds.
