About the estate

The Cantina Giacomo Simone estate spans approximately eleven hectares, including eight hectares of vineyards and two hectares of olive groves. These small plots are distributed between the territories of Castelvenere and Guardia Sanframondi in the Sannio region. Cultivated grape varieties feature native grapes such as Barbera del Sannio, Falanghina del Sannio, Aglianico, and Sangiovese. In 2016, the estate initiated its conversion to organic farming to promote sustainable production methods. Winemaking utilizes a gravity-flow process across three levels, limiting the need for pumps during the initial stages.
