About the estate
The Cantina Di Ubaldo winery avoids chemical fertilizers and pesticides in the vineyards to preserve the natural balance between soil, vine, and climate. The cellar operations include temperature-controlled fermentation, cold skin contact, and careful grape sorting to ensure high quality. An underground cellar provides natural conditions for storage and barrel aging. Bottling is managed independently in-house, and the artisanal fabric labels are applied by hand.
