About the estate
The Cantina Capolino Perlingieri estate was founded in 2003 and is located in Solopaca within the Sannio area of Campania. The winery comprises twelve hectares of vineyards farmed under certified organic practices. The parcels are divided between the Pozzillo and Cesine sites, where native grape varieties such as Falanghina, Sciascinoso, Greco, Fiano, and Aglianico are cultivated. Training is managed via the Guyot system, and production relies exclusively on estate-grown grapes. Vinification within the Sannio DOC involves indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfur additions to reflect the local terroir.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Falanghina and Fiano. The estate sells to distributors and importers. Export markets include Netherlands.
