About the estate
The Ca’ Salina winery originates from the historic Bortolin family and was established in its current form by Riccardo Bortolin. In 1993, Gregorio Bortolin built the cellar directly inside a hill in the heart of the Valdobbiadene DOCG production zone to achieve complete autonomy. Today, the estate is managed by the family, with Massimo and Michele Bortolin continuing the values instilled by their parents. The operational approach combines a traditional connection to the land with innovations dedicated to product quality and environmental preservation. The property also serves as a destination for wine tourists interested in experiencing Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG on-site.
