About the estate
The Cà Rovere estate cultivates 30 hectares of vineyards in the Berici Hills, where Bruno Biasin planted the first vines forty years ago. Today, the Biasin family runs the winery in its third generation, having specialized in the production of Metodo Classico sparkling wines. The limestone soil imparts a distinct minerality to the wines. The estate applies sustainable agricultural practices with low yields per hectare and controls the entire production chain.
