The Buvoli winery was founded in 1997 by Marco Buvoli in the hills of the Veneto region. The vineyards are situated across various locations in the hills surrounding Vicenza and Padova. The estate cultivates its plots following biological and biodynamic principles with rigorous pruning and very low yields. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand in small cases upon reaching optimal aromatic maturity. Production focuses on the Pinot Nero grape variety, yielding distinctive sparkling wines and red wines.
