About the estate

The Bukolyi Marcell Organic Wines estate is a family-run winery located at the foot of Nagy-Eged-hegy in Eger. Since 2016, the estate has cultivated a 14-hectare vineyard area managed entirely organically. The vineyards are distributed across the Köves, Farm, and Birsalmást sites featuring diverse soils such as limestone, marl, and volcanic rock. The portfolio includes wines such as Egri Bikavér Superior and Egri Csillag Grand Superior. The team focuses on gentle, additive-free winemaking throughout all stages of production.
