About the estate
The family-owned winery Thummerer Pincészet has been engaged in viticulture and winemaking since 1984. The estate cultivates one hundred hectares of its own vineyards located in the Eger wine region. Grapes are harvested from the vineyard sites Nagy-Eged, Mezey-Öreg, Áfrika, Vidra, Mészhegy, Teknőhát, Kőkötő, Csókás, Juhszalagos, and Nagyvölgy-tető. From these yields, the producer creates wines, sparkling wines, and spirits.
The eno directory lists 22 wines, mostly from Syrah and Gamza.
