About the estate

The Bolleter Weinbau estate cultivates the Aebleten vineyard site in Obermeilen on Lake Zurich. On a vineyard area of 1.5 hectares, the winery grows nine different grape varieties, including traditional grapes like Räuschling and Pinot Noir as well as fungus-resistant varieties. All wines are vinified as single-varietal wines in the estate's own cellar with an emphasis on authentic aromas. The diverse portfolio is distributed directly from the farm. The family history in Obermeilen dates back to the year 1467.

The eno directory lists 18 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
