About the estate
The family-owned Bodegas Valentín Pascual winery based in Cenicero was founded in 1885 by Don Felipe Lagunilla San Martín. Today, the estate is managed by the fifth generation and cultivates its own vineyards within the Rioja DOCa region. For the production of wine, vermouth, and mistela, the winery maintains traditional processing methods such as the traditional barefoot treading of the grapes in a stone lagar. Fermentation and aging take place in a 15th-century cave located in their hometown.

Color rojo cereza con matices morados. En nariz, sobresalen aromas a fruta negra y flores, con ligeras notas a cítricos. En boca es sabroso, suave y bien equilibrado, con excelente cuerpo y un final prolongado.
