The Bodegas Val de Souto estate is located in Castrelo de Miño within the Ribeiro region. The history of the family business dates back to 1840 and is currently managed in the sixth generation by José Manuel Blanco. The winery cultivates its own vineyards across a total area of 1.6 hectares distributed among 14 small plots. Since the first commercial harvest in 2002, the wines have been bottled under their own name. All work from the vineyard to the final bottling is carried out by the same hands in the tradition of a colleiteiro.
