The winery Bodegas Landaluce is located in Laguardia, País Vasco, Spain, and is listed in the Rioja DOCa denomination. The grapes for the wine Capricho de Landaluce are harvested in 20-kilo crates and processed on a sorting table. Vinification takes place in a rectangular hall featuring 22 stainless steel tanks with capacities ranging from 500 liters to 25,000 liters, equipped with individual pump-over systems, temperature probes, and heating and cooling systems. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks for Fincas de Landaluce and Elle de Landaluce, and in new French oak barrels for Capricho de Landaluce. During barrel aging, rackings are performed every four months by transferring the wine to empty barrels to eliminate impurities and oxygenate the wine. The portfolio listed in the directory comprises four wines under the names Fincas de Landaluce, Elle de Landaluce, La Gavilla, and Capricho de Landaluce originating from the Rioja Alavesa subregion.
