The Bodega Sidra del Sur was founded in Villaviciosa in 1890 and is currently managed as a fifth-generation family business. The historic facilities in La Espuncia cover an area of over 40,000 square meters and comprise five distinct cellar areas dedicated to production. The enterprise specializes in the creation of traditional and innovative ciders, including offerings under the protected designation of origin Sidra de Asturias. Total annual production reaches approximately 20 million bottles, which are distributed globally.
