The family-run Bodega La Tercia was founded in 1920 in Alcázar de San Juan within the Castile-La Mancha region and looks back on a long-standing history. The estate cultivates century-old vineyards using certified organic methods and relies on manual techniques ranging from pruning to harvesting. The portfolio features classic grape varieties of the La Mancha DO designation such as Airén and Tempranillo, which are individually vinified depending on soil type and plot. The winery maintains total control over the entire process from harvesting, pressing, and fermentation to bottling. Its wines are distributed under established brands like Yemanueva and Yemaserena, reflecting the character of the region.
