About the estate
The Blauensteiner estate cultivates seven and a half hectares of vineyards in the locations of Gösing am Wagram in the Wagram region. The production consists of eighty percent white wine and twenty percent red wine. The range of varieties includes Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Zweigelt, and Syrah among others. Vineyard sites such as Wilbling, Essenthal, Gmirk, Fumberg, and Welfel provide the grapes for the wines. The export share amounts to fifty percent with target markets in Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, the USA, and Finland.
