About the estate
The Bioweinbau Familie Graf estate manages 13 hectares of vineyards located in the areas of Kleinhöflein, Unterretzbach and Retz in the Weinviertel region. The winery operates according to organic farming guidelines and consistently avoids chemical-synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Hand-harvested grapes from the estate's own vineyards are processed into wines, sparkling wines produced by traditional bottle fermentation, and spirits. The winery is particularly well known for the Neuburger grape variety and Weinviertel DAC. In the cellar, the wines are aged in wooden barrels.
