About the estate
The Benz Weine estate is run by the Benz family on the steep southern slope of the Lägeren in Wettingen in the canton of Aargau. On a vineyard area of 0.345 hectares, the vines are cultivated and maintained by hand. For the vinification of the grapes, the estate collaborates with the Wetzel GmbH winery in Ennetbaden. The portfolio includes Pinot Noir Barrique, which has been awarded as Aargau State Wine. The wines are distributed directly from the winery as well as through regional gastronomy.
