About the estate
The Azienda Agricola Roberta Sibani manages a 32-hectare estate in Sicily within the hills of the Trapani valleys, founded in 1953 by Vito Messina and his wife Ida and now run by the third generation. Committed to organic farming, the winery is located near the archaeological site of Segesta at an altitude of 400 meters, where sea breezes and temperature ranges support the slow ripening of the grapes. The vineyards feature native varieties such as Catarratto, Zibibbo, Nero d'Avola D.O.C, and Frappato, cultivated using the Guyot training system. The estate focuses on a limited production of high-quality bottled wines, including Maestro Vito and Donna Ida, crafted through selective manual harvesting.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Catarratto and Nero d'Avola.
