About the estate
The Azienda Agricola Pasini San Giovanni estate was founded in 1958 by Andrea Pasini and is managed today by the third generation of the family. The estate's vineyards are located in the Valtènesi and Lugana regions near Lake Garda. Over seventy percent of the vineyard area is planted with the native grape varieties Groppello and Turbiana. The winery has been operating under certified organic guidelines since 2014, placing a strong emphasis on environmental protection and biodiversity. Vinification is carried out exclusively using estate-grown grapes.
