The Azienda agricola Marco Sambin estate was founded in 2002 in Valnogaredo within the Regional Park of the Euganean Hills. The property covers four hectares in a Mediterranean environment featuring limestone soils rich in calcium and minerals. The vineyards are planted with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Garganega. Cultivation follows biodynamic principles with exclusively manual labor and low yields. Vinification relies on indigenous yeasts, with aging conducted in French oak barriques, tonneaux, steel, concrete, and amphorae under the guidance of winemaker Guido Busatto.
