The Azienda Agricola Gaspare Di Prima estate was founded in 1999 by Gaspare and Davide Di Prima in Sambuca di Sicilia, building on a family winemaking tradition dating back to the late 19th century. The vineyards cover a total area of 38 hectares, spread across the three distinct zones of Pepita Roccarossa, Arancio, and the historic core of Batia. The winery produces organic wines under the Sicilia DOC denomination. Today, the estate is operated by the family, with the newest generation actively joining the company as of 2025.
