About the estate
The Azienda Agricola Abrigo Fratelli estate in Diano d’Alba looks back on a family history dating back to 1935, when Ernesto Abrigo settled in the Berfi district. Today, the winery in Piedmont is managed as a family business by Ernesto, his son Walter, and his brother-in-law Emanuele Antona. With an annual production of around 50,000 bottles, the estate cultivates grape varieties such as Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Chardonnay, Arneis, and Favorita. Traditional methods are combined with modern techniques and sustainability measures, including SQNPI certification and a photovoltaic system. The portfolio covers several appellations, featuring Diano d’Alba DOCG, Barolo DOCG, and Alta Langa DOCG.
