About the estate

The Azienda Agricola Abate Franca S.r.l. estate manages a total area of 250 hectares in the Trapani region of Sicily and distributes its products on both national and international markets. For three generations, the family has been dedicated to cultivating traditional grape varieties such as Catarratto, Perricone, and Nero d'Avola, which were complemented by international varieties like Merlot, Cabernet, and Syrah planted in 1999. In addition to viticulture, the property includes olive groves, grain cultivation, and livestock farming with a small dairy. Through a collaboration with winemaker Maurizio Alongi, the winery produces various wine styles, including still white wines and a wine made from Perricone grapes.
