About the estate
The Az. Agr. Vella Gabriella estate is located in Sant’Angelo Muxaro in Sicily, protected by the Monte Castello hill and the Platani river valley. The first vineyard was planted there in 1970, laying the foundation for the winery. Insolia, Nero d’Avola, and Trebbiano were the initial grape varieties cultivated to produce quality grapes. The family-run business continues to share this project while adhering to the ethical goals of organic agriculture. Wines from the producer are available under the Sicilia DOC denomination.

Le uve grillo e chardonnay vengono raccolte ed ammassate nello stesso tino. Macerare a contatto con le bucce a temperatura controllata per circa 12 ore. Affinamento in serbatoi di cemento e passaggio in Barrique di terzo passaggio.
