About the estate

The Az. Agr. Le Albare estate is managed today in the fourth generation by Stefano, following the footsteps of great-grandfather Adamo, grandfather Umberto, and father Giovanni. The vineyards are situated in the traditional wine-growing areas between Soave and Valpolicella, featuring basaltic and limestone soils where grape varieties such as Garganega, Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara are cultivated. The winery focuses on careful manual harvesting alongside traditional and innovative winemaking techniques, including a double reasoned maturation for the white wines. The portfolio includes regional classics such as Soave Classico, Valpolicella Classico, and Amarone della Valpolicella.
