About the estate

Founded in 1945, the Casarotto estate is located in Montecchia di Crosara in the Veneto region and is managed by the family in the third generation. The vineyard area covers nearly 15 hectares distributed across areas such as Val d’Alpone, Arcole, and the Lessini Mountains. Cultivated grape varieties include Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, Durella, as well as red varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Corvina, and Rondinella. Depending on the parcel, volcanic basalt soils, basaltic tuffs, or sandy soils characterize the terroir. The winery produces wines and sparkling wines under denominations including Soave Classico, Lessini Durello, and Recioto di Soave Classico.
