About the estate
The Alain Ruchonnet estate has been cultivating vineyards in the Lavaux region since around 1414 and is currently managed within the family by Anne-Catherine and Sébastien. The vineyards are situated in the steep terraces of the St-Saphorin and AOC Dézaley Grand Cru appellations. The winery operates under certified ecological standards and maintains the vineyards through traditional manual labor in harmony with nature. In the cellar, the estate combines traditional maturation with modern oenological methods to preserve the specific characteristics of the respective terroirs.
