Founded in 1874, the Ahrweiler Winzer-Verein e.G. is a traditional cooperative located in the German winegrowing region of the Ahr. Across approximately 20 hectares of vineyards, the members cultivate about 85 percent red grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Early Pinot Noir, alongside 15 percent white varieties. The grapes are selectively harvested by hand in autumn. In addition to characterful wines from the Ahr in various quality tiers, the portfolio also includes sparkling wine, fine distillates, and grape juices.
