About the estate
The Adam-Mühle estate in Spitz on the Danube is managed by the Pölzer family and is located in the heart of the Wachau World Heritage region. In 2013, the family acquired the historic water mill and carefully restored the medieval building. Since 2019, the winery has presented its own estate-grown wines in the traditional Steinfeder, Federspiel, and Smaragd categories of the Wachau DAC denomination. In addition to winemaking, the family runs a wine tavern serving regional dishes alongside apartments, combining their offerings with art and culture.
