Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Poderi Fiorini s'appuie sur une histoire centenaire amorcée par le grand-père Giuseppe. La propriété cultive dix hectares de vignes en Émilie-Romagne, situés dans une zone caractérisée par trois appellations d'origine protégée différentes. La viticulture suit des directives biologiques avec une certification ICEA pour le vignoble et la cave depuis le millésime 2019. Les vignes sont réparties sur différents sites tels que Sozzigalli, Torre dei Nanni et Le Ghiarelle, qui abrite également une parcelle unique de vignes franques de pied. Le portefeuille comprend le Lambrusco di Sorbara, le Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro ainsi que des vins de l'appellation Colli Bolognesi.
