Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Poderi Fiorini blickt auf eine hundertjährige Geschichte zurück, die von Großvater Giuseppe begründet wurde. Der Betrieb bewirtschaftet eine Rebfläche von zehn Hektar in der Emilia-Romagna und ist in einer Region ansässig, die durch drei verschiedene geschützte Ursprungsbezeichnungen geprägt ist. Die Bewirtschaftung erfolgt nach biologischen Richtlinien mit einer ICEA-Zertifizierung für Weinberg und Keller seit dem Jahrgang 2019. Die Weinberge erstrecken sich über verschiedene Standorte wie Sozzigalli, die Torre dei Nanni und Le Ghiarelle, wo auch ein einzigartiger ungereifter beziehungsweise wurzelechter Weinberg liegt. Zum Portfolio gehören unter anderem Lambrusco di Sorbara, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro und Weine der Denomination Colli Bolognesi.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 16 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Barbera und Pignoletto. Der Betrieb beliefert Gastronomie und Handel.
