Über den Betrieb
Das in Oger in der Côte des Blancs gelegene Familienweingut Champagne Chapuy bewirtschaftet neun Hektar Rebfläche. Die Geschichte des Betriebs reicht über ein Jahrhundert zurück, bevor Serge Chapuy im Jahr 1952 die Marke gründete. Alle Weinberge sind vollständig mit Chardonnay bepflanzt, woraus Champagner des Stils Blanc de Blancs und Grand Cru erzeugt werden. Der Betrieb setzt auf eine gesunde und nachhaltige Kultur sowie auf umweltschonende Methoden im Weinberg. Heute wird das Gut in mehreren Generationen von der Familie geführt, wobei Export und Produktion aufgeteilt sind.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 12 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Chardonnay und Pinot Noir. Der Betrieb beliefert Handel.
