The Wijngaard de Slinkehôf estate was founded in 2024 in Workum, Netherlands, covering a vineyard area of 1.5 hectares. The winery focuses on nature-inclusive management in cooperation with animals and the environment. The creation of flowering strips attracts beneficial insects that naturally combat pests that are harmful to the grapes. Additionally, a flock of sheep is utilized to graze the grass and leaves around the clusters, thereby reducing the risk of fungal diseases affecting the fruit.
