About the estate
The Wijndomein Sentier ’74 estate is located in Deerlijk in West Flanders and is run by the couple Lieven and Els. Along an ancient walking path in their home village, they cultivate the vineyards with respect for the soil and nature. The grapes ripen at their own pace before being harvested entirely by hand. The winery specializes in the production of fresh, traditional sparkling wines and holds the official Belbul quality label for its sparkling wine Compagnon.
