The Wijndomein Sabbinge estate is located in the polders near the historical village of Oud-Sabbinge in Zeeland on the farm of the Noordhoek family, where the young vineyard was planted in 2018 on calcareous clay soil. The farm combines winegrowing with free-range chickens and red deer, keeping the entire winemaking process from the grape to the bottle in-house. The portfolio includes a dry rosé wine made from Cabernet Cortis and a fresh, dry white wine made from Souvignier Gris. The estate operates sustainably, and future plans include the release of a red wine currently aging in oak barrels.
